The next day I notice a few paint chips on the car, she had me bring the car back in and got me a ride home and the next day they delivered my car to my house. I found the right vehicle for me on Capital One Auto Finance, and I contacted the Walser VW dealership for more info. Adrian got back to me right away, with the info I needed. It was so good we bought two vehicles from them. A 2026 Tiguan and a 2025 Jetta. Tyler stayed late one of the evenings for us and was extremely accommodating during our two purchases. I recently had a very disappointing experience with a service advisor at BRAD NIMZ . From the start, the advisor was extremely nonchalant, showing little interest in listening to my concerns about my vehicle. Their dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
What shocked me most was the discriminatory tone in their treatment. It felt as though they made assumptions about me based on my appearance or circumstances.
