I purchased a certified car and had some serious safety issues with it. Long story short, after a few disagreements with the staff/management at this dealership, I contacted the GM directly and he made sure all my issues and concerns were resolved. At first I would have never recommended anyone do business with this dealership but the GM made it very clear he takes great pride in making sure his customers are satisfied and taken care of- he addressed all my safety concerns! Now I would definitely recommend this dealership. I would also recommend the sales specialist I worked with, August. He did a great job at finding me almost exactly what I was looking for which is almost impossible to do right now with the crazy car market. I appreciate everything this dealership has done to take care of me with my new certified Jetta.

My atlas went in for a door handle issue and was fixed under warranty but I just tested the lock and unlock button plus the window button don’t work. It’s disappointing that I trust the service to be done properly and something else is wrong now.

Brad was very helpful, tried to reprogram my key for me, and still got me what I needed in the end, which resulted in the purchase of a new set of keys for my car, that they will then program for me so I won't have to use both old keys to unlock and drive my car.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Fair price for our purchase and everyone was helpful for the most part. They did fail to tell me that they only take checks for down payment though, that was a bit annoying.

One thing I was surprised about is the missing of the luggage compartment cover. I was told that the car did not come with it. I had to pay for it. I thought that the luggage compartment cover is part of the car. It is designed for it like the VW jetta wagon, which I bought from Luther Brookdale in 2004. By and Large It was a good experience

She was knowledgeable of the features and specs, and was kind and considerate in her approach towards myself and the car deal. Nate (gosh, I hope thats his name) in finance was more helpful, explained everything to me like I was 5.

My sales person Hannah was very nice and had the car ready to go when I got there. They detailed the car and gave it a full tank of gas for me. The finance guy worked with me to find the lowest rate for me and only added on the packages I wanted. Overall a good experience.
The dealership was very thorough when it came to selling their products, but not very helpful when it came to saving money on their clients behalf. A thousand dollars in saved interest fees was blown off by the finance manager as inconsequential in the bigger picture in order to close a sale faster. The salesman however, Dzmitry, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. Everything a salesman should be and more. My gripes stem more from the dealership than the individual salesman.

Working with Adrien was very refreshing. He gave us honest answers and was extremely patient with our indecisiveness. Once we landed on the make and model we wanted, he went above and beyond to find a vehicle with all the options we were Looking for. Once that was all settled, we worked with Sean to find the right car within the budget we needed. Even the last steps of working on the financing was extremely easy and quick. We appreciated that there wasn’t a “hard sell” and Nate really listened to what we were saying with respect to extended warranties and what we did or didn’t want.
