I found the right vehicle for me on Capital One Auto Finance, and I contacted the Walser VW dealership for more info. Adrian got back to me right away, with the info I needed. When I bought my second ever Volkswagen a Jetta tdi I was new to the diesel emissions that was on the vehicle my dpf light came on and panicked I went to Luther Brookdale Volkswagen there I met Brad at the service desk he asked for my vin and told me I was still covered under the vw warranty for my dpf. I scheduled an appointment for service. Jon was my advisor for both service visits under warranty. Sean was amazing and kept me posted as well as my advisor. The last the car was in for service it had 112.5k miles in October 2023 it currently has 145.6k miles in September of 2024. I did apply for a job with them but me being new to the area at Christmas I ended up going home for a visit and stayed home but I now work at my local vw dealership. The service team and Luther Brookdale Volkswagen is in my opinion better than 80% of other dealers I’ve been to. Friendly and upfront on what’s going on. I do plan a visit back to the dealer once I become a vw tech. If I still lived in Minnesota and not New York I would 100% recommend the service department for vw

My husband and I had an amazing experience buying from Adrien & Brookdale Luther VW! We knew exactly what we wanted and they delivered. We drove from out of state to purchase our vehicle and they were able to get us in and out of the dealership in 3 hours, which btw is record timing for us. Adrien seriously went above and beyond for us. He was so kind, personable, and honest. Most importantly, he never made us feel like a burden. It felt a bit longer because we were driving all day, but even between the crying babies and overstimulation I was feeling, he was so patient. He called us later that night and offered to come show us more things about the van. And that to us was so amazing, I couldn’t say no. He’s answered every call even 3 weeks after buying the van!! Hello, following is a reflection of my genuine admiration for Stephanie Ramirez-Chavez and the entire Luther Brookdale VW team. My wife and I had spent the past 4 weeks searching for just the used right car. Luther Brookdale delivered on that search with our Atlas CrossSport. Their sales representative Mrs. Ramirez-Chavez (aka Mrs. RC) was very responsive to our inquiries, lest I forget to mention, we are in NC and they are in MN. She provide all information needed for us to make our decision. We purchased the vehicle, flew to MN and drove the car to NC...great road trip. Mrs. RC had the vehicle prepped, spit shined, and placed as display in their showroom. The car was covered with a black unveiling cloth with the VW emblem. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and delivery. I highly recommend Mrs. RC and the VW team.

I purchased my 2003 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible on August 23, 2025. The main reason I chose this car was its exceptionally low mileage of just 16,418 miles, and it was advertised as being in pristine, like-new condition. Before delivery, I was assured by salesperson D’Loveantae Allen that the car had been fully serviced and was ready to drive. Unfortunately, my experience told a very different story. First, I had repeated issues simply trying to register the vehicle. Due to the dealership’s mishandling of the title paperwork, it took three separate attempts before I was finally able to register the car. Then, on October 10, 2025, while enjoying a drive with the top down, the check engine light suddenly came on. AutoZone’s preliminary diagnosis suggested a coolant system issue, and the car had to go into the shop for repairs. To make matters worse, I discovered that the engine oil had never been serviced, raising serious concerns about what other maintenance the dealership failed to perform before selling the car. Given these problems — misleading assurances, title delivery delays, and immediate mechanical issues — I cannot recommend Brookdale Volkswagen or D’Loveantae Allen. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
